Lam Ching Ching

Ms. Lam is a seasoned banker based in Singapore, with 25 years of experience, including 13 years in Private Banking. She developed her credit and investment expertise through rigorous training at banks such as Citibank, Credit Industrial et Commercial, EFG, and UBS.

With over USD 1Bn in assets under management and a broad network of financial intermediaries, Ms. Lam was appointed CEO of Carrington in late 2021.

Her diverse client base in North Asia, South East Asia, and Europe, coupled with Singapore's favorable investment conditions, has enabled Carrington to expand its External Asset Management business and establish various Funds for aspiring and experienced investment managers, as well as Family Offices.

Ms. Lam set up her own Private Debt Fund, the Charismatic Debt Equity Fund, in Ireland in March 19, and a sub-Fund in Singapore in August 2021. Both Funds focus on direct lending secured against listed companies' shares.

Carrington offers a diverse range of Funds, each with unique investment strategies, and is currently applying to upgrade to a CMS license.

Ms. Lam is an active participant in Family Office networks and is a frequent guest speaker on investments, recently appearing on CNBC in Dec 20. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on finance from the National University of Singapore.
